# network_* 세션 설정

## network\_compression\_method

native protocol을 통한 클라이언트/서버 및 서버/서버 간 통신, 동일한 frame format을 사용하는 `compress=1` HTTP request의 응답, 그리고 분산 쿼리 계획(`make_distributed_plan`)의 작업 간 스트리밍 exchange를 압축할 때 사용하는 코덱입니다. 임시 파일을 통한 exchange는 서버의 기본 코덱을 사용합니다.

가능한 값:

* `NONE` — 압축을 사용하지 않습니다.
* `LZ4` — LZ4 코덱을 사용합니다.
* `LZ4HC` — LZ4HC 코덱을 사용합니다.
* `ZSTD` — ZSTD 코덱을 사용합니다.

## network\_zstd\_compression\_level

ZSTD 압축 수준을 조정합니다. [network\_compression\_method](/ko/reference/settings/session-settings/network#network_compression_method)가 `ZSTD`로 설정된 경우에만 사용됩니다.

가능한 값:

* 1\~15 사이의 양의 정수.
